We've taken our popular Thai Silk panels and added a ruched header valance creating the most luxurious, over the top style in window treatments out there. This style was designed and meant to be stationary and used as decorative panels to frame out your window. Choose from a pre-designed collection or Create Your Own. Please note that thai silk is lightly textured with varying slubs. These are not considered a flaw or defect & will vary from panel to panel. As a general rule, for proper fullness panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window/opening.
