To complete the setup of your Half Price Drapes Trade & Partner account we require that you complete and return a Uniform Sales & Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate for all resellers, as well as a copy of your resale certificate.

If you do not have a reseller certificate but you have a business license in Home Staging or Real Estate, please attach a copy of your business license.

Please Note: If you do not have a re-sellers license but a business license in Home Staging or Real Estate you will still receive our Trade & Partner Program discount but you will not be tax exempt.
