This is very easy to use just pull it up out of the base and rotate the bar and the prongs on the supports go right into the grove. No screws, no hassle. This takes less than 30 seconds to put up and is the perfect size. We put this on top of a long skinny coffee table to make it a little taller. it looks really nice. It is easy to store as well. We have put this up and down countless times now and we have not had any issues with this product.

I am using this daily as a mini background in my bedroom for a home-office set up. I need to block out all the background and be able to continue working in the evening without disturbing my spouse's sleep. The white has a nice wallpaper-like texture to it so it does look and feel very high end. It's worked well for that - it's not perfect, light still gets around the edges because it's not like a complete ceiling to floor black out curtain, but it works well enough to dim any glow so that it's not a problem. Set up is very easy and it comes with a bag to keep all the contents together and sets up just like the portable backdrops that are often used at trade shows or job fairs. At the end of the week, I pack everything up and tuck it under my bed so it doesn't get in the way. Set up is done in about a minute and it's sturdy and well constructed. I even clipped a green cloth to it using binder clips to DIY a green screen for a fun virtual event option and it worked perfectly - much better than the tripod set up I had used for green screen before because I could clip it tight to the thick wallpaper-like material of this backdrop. The screen is exactly the size described, but the base is slightly wider, so allow about an inch of extra width to your measurement if you're squeezing it into a tight space.

"As the owner of a sign company, I am very familiar with items like these used to display banners. Normally, you have to attach the banner, but this has the privacy screen already attached, so you just pull it up and fasten it. I'm a little leery of the fastening device. I have not seen one quite like it before. I'm used to another type of device that seems more secure, but we shall see! The one wish I have is that this would be a bit higher. Five feet is not all that high, or at least not for the use we have for it. After all, most adults are taller than five feet, so can easily peer over the top of this. All that said, it comes at a perfect time for us, since we have had to move our bedroom downstairs because of my husband's age, and until we can get some remodeling done, it's difficult to create the privacy we need as other members of the household pass by on their way to the kitchen or out the front door. Now, we can pull this screen in front of that area when we want to get dressed. So, for anyone who needs some temporary privacy, and is usually seated, this will be fine. It's a really interesting idea to take something used for banners as a mechanism, and turn it into a temporary partition. Congratulations to whomever thought of it, and of course, if you contact a sign company, they could probably decorate it for you! New use: Although we could have placed this to block the view into our new bedroom area in the living room, we just found another temporary use for this screen and it is working great! We have rented a storage cube for our driveway while we are doing all the remodeling, sorting and selling or giving away surplus items. We actually have screened off the part of our cube where we are working sorting and cleaning items, and have items we are selling and giving away in front of the screen. It means we can display all the boxes and items without anyone seeing us working behind the screen. They can come to the sidewalk, look into the cube and right in front of the nice white backdrop -- everything we might have for them. It's perfect! I think this is a versatile item with many potential uses."
